UPI on Credit Card Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is launched by Rivpe Technology Private Limited ("PAY QUBE") to promote the activation and usage of Unified Payments Interface (UPI) linked to RuPay Credit Cards ("UPI on Credit Card"). Eligible customers may earn cashback upon fulfillment of specified eligibility criteria and completing qualifying transactions during the Campaign period.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility in the Campaign is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The customer must hold any valid and active RuPay Credit Card.
  • The customer must add the RuPay Credit Card to the PAY QUBE mobile application and create a new UPI ID/handle for the said credit card for the first time during the Campaign period.
  • The customer must complete qualifying transaction(s) using UPI on Credit Card through the PAY QUBE mobile application during the Campaign period.
  • Existing users of PAY QUBE who have already created a UPI handle prior to the Campaign period shall not be eligible to participate.
  • The Campaign is applicable exclusively to Android device users.

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign shall commence on 8 April 2026 and shall conclude on 7 May 2026 (both days inclusive) ("Campaign Period"). PAY QUBE reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.

4. Offer Details

Eligible customers shall receive cashback on qualifying UPI transactions conducted using their any RuPay Credit Card via the PAY QUBE mobile application, subject to the following conditions:

  • Minimum transaction amount: ₹250 per transaction.
  • Maximum cashback per customer: ₹300 during the Campaign Period.

Cashback Structure:

  • First transaction: 5% cashback, maximum cashback value capped at ₹50.
  • Second transaction: 10% cashback, maximum cashback value capped at ₹100.
  • Third transaction: 15% cashback, maximum cashback value capped at ₹150.

5. Cashback Fulfilment

Cashback shall be provided in the form of vouchers of Amazon or any equivalent brand, at the sole discretion of PAY QUBE. Such vouchers shall be issued within 30 days from the end of the Campaign Period.

6. General Terms and Conditions

  • PAY QUBE reserves the right to cap the number of eligible users and/or the total Campaign budget at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  • PAY QUBE reserves the right to disqualify any user(s) in the event of suspected fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of these terms, and may reverse any cashback awarded.
  • PAY QUBE shall not be liable for any transaction failures due to network, card issuer, technical, or system-related issues.
  • The decision of PAY QUBE with respect to eligibility, qualification, and cashback shall be final and binding.
  • PAY QUBE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The Campaign is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated.
